In the
past, accounting systems stored a wealth of information related to
customers, suppliers, inventory and so on. However this information
was often limited to accounting data only, that is the numbers. Traditionally
termed "CRM' or "Contact Management", Sage Pastel Resolve
integrates with Sage Pastel Accounting Partner.
Any issue
that takes place in a business, and is important enough to be tracked,
is recorded as an Incident in Sage Pastel Resolve. Resolve will track all
Incidents to their conclusion or until they are closed off. The system
stores Incidents even after they have been closed, allowing you to
track a history of events as they occurred, as far back as you wish.
